Dr Christine Greenwood
Born in Melbourne, but raised in the sunshine state, Dr Christine Greenwood graduated locally from Bond Medical School in 2012. She brings a wealth of experience to the team. Prior to choosing General Practice As her specialty, she worked in various hospitals throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory, in areas including paediatrics, orthopaedics, emergency, indigenous health, palliative care, general medical and general surgery. She has also spent time working in some of the most remote areas in Australia such as Groote Eylandt and Nhulunbuy.

Dr Christine chose General Practice as her specialty as she wants to make lasting changes in the lives of her patients and take a journey with them and their families in a way that it difficult to do in a hospital setting. She is passionate about women’s health, especially areas of perimenopause, menopause and postmenopausal changes. She understands that this time of life can be incredibly challenging physically, mentally, and relationally. She offers treatment in Menopausal hormonal therapy, lifestyle interventions with exercise and diet, and focuses on emotional and mental wellbeing. Moreover, she has completed further studies in diet and nutrition, including a Professional Diploma in Medical Nutrition, and has a special interest in weight loss and optimisation of nutrition.
Dr Christine loves to journey with the whole family and would love to look after your partner and children too!
